1. The door starts down, but stops before it is closed entirely.
Check the setting for the DOWN limit switch.

Check for broken springs.
Check the door condition. Make sure it is properly lubricated and balanced.
Check the Open Force Adjustment.
6. The Door Opener runs, but the door does not open or close.
Make sure the trolley is engaged to the trolley Slide
i. The trolley Lever should be in the lock position
7. The door will open or close for no apparent reason.
Make sure the staples on the wire from the Power Head to the Wall Control have not cut the insulation. This can short the wires.
Make sure the Remote Control Button is not stuck.
8. The Remote Control has less than 25ft operating range
Replace the battery.
Possible outside interference.
9. The Remote Control does not work, but the Wall Control does.
Check the Lock Switch on the Wall Console.
10. The Door makes loud or unusual noises during operation.
Check the door condition. Make sure it is properly lubricated and balanced.
